The following sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the 50 united states and district of columbia only (excluding, without limitation, all us territories, external commonwealths and possessions) and shall only be construed and evaluated according to united states law and american english. You must be 21 years of age or older at the time you enter. Internet access and american email address required. Do not enter if you don’t meet the criteria above
Official Rules

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning a prize.
  1. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes period (the “Sweepstakes Period”) is from 00:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on July 13, 2026 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 ("Sweepstakes-End"). Sponsor’s (as defined below) computer clock will determine time.
  2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States currently residing in the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age or older who have access to the internet and are the authorized user of a working USA email address. Void in all U.S. territories, external commonwealths and possessions and where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. For Non-USA Residents, e.g. Canada, this Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the 50 United States and D.C. If you are a non-resident of the USA and enter the Sweepstakes you won’t be eligible to be awarded a prize, however your entry information will be collected. By entering, you agree to receive Sponsor’s emailed newsletters and promotions from which you may unsubscribe at any time. Do not enter if you don’t want to receive emails from Sponsor. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and each of their spouses regardless where they live), and members of their household, of World Travel Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Cruises.com (the "Sponsor" and "Administrator"), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, design, web design, web hosting and publicity agencies (together, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and anyone connected with the production or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.
  3. How to Enter: Sweepstakes entries may be submitted online only.

    1. For members of Cruises.com Rewards.
      1. Log in to your Cruises.com Rewards account and look for “Special Offers.”
      2. Select the Legend of the Seas Sweepstakes promotion.
      3. Click “Details.”
      4. Click “Enter Now” to submit your entry.
    2. For non-members of Cruises.com Rewards:
      1. Go to https://idp.cruises.com/register and enter your first name and a valid, working USA email address for which you are the authorized user. After registration you will receive a return validation email. Simply click where indicated on the email to confirm your email address.
    In both cases, completing the entry process results in one (1) base entry.

    Optional additional entries: After submitting the base entry, an eligible entrant may earn up to twenty-five (25) additional entries during the Sweepstakes Period through one of the optional methods described below.

    Rewards points entry: An eligible Cruises.com Rewards member may redeem five hundred (500) available Cruises.com Rewards points for one (1) additional entry through the Sweepstakes promotion. A maximum of twenty-five (25) additional entries may be obtained through point redemptions, subject to the limit below.

    Video entry (no points required): An eligible entrant may visit https://rewards.cruises.com/dashboard/posts/legend-of-the-seas-sweepstakes/details and complete the video-entry experience as directed. One (1) verified completion of the video-entry experience will award twenty-five (25) additional entries. Limit one (1) Video Entry per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase, payment, or redemption of Cruises.com Rewards points is required to use this method. The video-entry link and final verification instructions will be added before the Sweepstakes is published.

    Combined limit / equal odds: The Video Entry is an alternative no-points method for receiving the maximum twenty-five (25) additional entries and may not be combined with Rewards Points Entries. Each eligible entry, whether a base entry, a Rewards Points Entry, or a Video Entry, will have the same chance of winning. The maximum number of entries per person or email address during the Sweepstakes Period is twenty-six (26): one (1) base entry plus up to twenty-five (25) additional entries.

It is an entrant's responsibility to keep his/her email address current and to monitor that account. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email messages. All entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computing/mobile device* and may not be made by proxy or by electronic/automated means such as, without limitation, a script, bot, macro, or other similar software or program. You may not enter with multiple emails and/or multiple identities, nor may you use any other device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries stated above. Only one entrant per email address. All discovered entries made in violation of these Official Rules will be deleted.

    *Message and data rates, wireless Internet access charges and perhaps other fees may apply to the use of mobile devices for Sweepstakes entry. You may be charged by your wireless carrier for participating via mobile device. It is therefore recommended that you consult your wireless carrier's pricing plan BEFORE participating via mobile device. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas.

    An “Authorized email user” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an online email service, Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address account submitted on the entry form.
  4. Winner Selection: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen in random drawings approximately 30 days after Sweepstakes-End from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified within five (5) days after the selection is made by email. A winner will have three (3) business days to reply confirming his/her acceptance of the prize and providing all requested contact information. Failure to reply in the indicated time frame will indicate that the prize has been refused and forfeited for all time and an alternative entry will be chosen in random drawings as outlined above. Once full contact information has been received, the potential winner will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release via email that will have to be completed and faxed or scanned/emailed to Sponsor/Administrator within three (3) business days or it will be concluded that the prize has been declined and another potential winner will be chosen in random drawings. Sponsor/Administrator is not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's email or phone account to receive email messages. A prize will be awarded provided it is claimed properly and in accordance with these Official Rules.
  5. Quantity, Prize, Approximate Retail Value (ARV) and Odds: (1) Grand Prize: A 6-Night Western Caribbean & Perfect Day cruise for two (2) in an ocean-view stateroom aboard Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas. Eligible departure dates are January 3, 2027 through April 11, 2027. The winner must book the prize cruise by November 30, 2026. Prize cruise booking must be made through Cruises.com and is valued up to a maximum value of $4,500. ARV: $4,500. A cruise vacation includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, standard onboard meals, some beverages and most entertainment aboard the ship. The cruise prize is subject to cabin availability and Royal Caribbean's ticket contract, terms and conditions, and travel documents. Cruise itinerary, including ports of call, is subject to change without notice. Cruise prize value is in U.S. dollars and is based on a double-occupancy stateroom. The prize is not combinable with any offer. Additional guests added to the stateroom will be subject to prevailing rates. The prize is non-transferable, non-commissionable and cannot be substituted, sold, traded, refunded or redeemed for cash value or for a cruise of a different duration.
    The winner will be responsible for all other expenditures over the ARV limit including, without limitation, transportation to/from departure/arrival ports as they may apply, alcoholic and some other beverages, gratuities, shore excursions, telephone/Wi-Fi, personal expenses and travel/medical/baggage insurance and any other incidental costs or other expenses not specifically set forth in these rules. Winner must book travel through Cruises.com (who will contact a winner once a winner has been determined and has properly claimed the prize). Odds of winning the prize: Dependent on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All taxes are the winner's responsibility and a 2026 IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the prizewinner (and a copy sent to the IRS) for the ARV of the prize. The prize is awarded "as is." Should the actual value of the prize be less than the ARV stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or kind. Grand prizewinner and travel companion (who must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the USA present in the United States at the time of departure) are responsible for: (i) all travel documents including, without limitation, a current, valid USA Passport with an expiry date at least six months later than return date and/or visas if necessary or other documents required by and/or acceptable to the cruise line, foreign governments, U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the U.S. Government; (ii) all medical requirements including vaccination requirements and proof of same; (iii) respecting all local laws and regulations; and (iv) for full compliance with the rules and regulations of the cruise line, countries on the itinerary and venues as they may apply. Sponsor, cruise line and cruise itinerary ports of call as they may apply, have the right to refuse travel or entry to anyone who does not have proper travel documents or who does not comply with all regulations or comport him/herself properly. There will be no substitution or compensation for a prize or part of a prize forfeited due to winner’s or winner’s companion’s non-compliance with cruise line, ports of call and various venues’ rules and regulations or any other reason.
  6. By entering and accepting a prize, a winner acknowledges that the Sweepstakes Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner directly or indirectly responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or regarding the use, value, merchantability or enjoyment of the prize. The number of prizes listed in the Official Rules shall be awarded only if claimed properly. Should a greater number of prize claims be received because of, without limitation, printing, emailing, phoning, messaging, programming errors or for any reason whatsoever, only the prizes stated in these Official Rules with their respective ARVs will be awarded in the sole judgment of the Sponsor/Administrator in keeping with these Official Rules. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of comparable or greater value.
  7. General: Sweepstakes administration and winner selection and verification will be conducted by the Sponsor/Administrator whose decisions are final and legally binding. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate. No entrant or winner shall have the right to contest any decision by the Sponsor/Administrator concerning any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the interpretation of these Official Rules or the determination as to the qualification/eligibility of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of time regardless of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, virus contamination or network problems, or for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason including, but not limited to, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors, human errors including, but not limited to, errors by Sponsor/Administrator’s employees or representatives who enter incorrect information into any of Sponsor/Administrator’s computer systems or by force majeure including illness and/or epidemics. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes or part of the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor/Administrator’s sole determination it believes that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure including illness and/or epidemic or any other causes. In the case of early cancellation/termination, potential winners will be drawn in random drawings from eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor/Administrator’s sole judgment entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Without limitation, all of an entrant’s entries will be disqualified, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, if entrant attempts (i) to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) provides information that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Sponsor/Administrator assumes no liability for damage caused to an entrant's or any other person/entity’s computer hardware, software or communications network, regardless of cause.
  8. By entering this sweepstakes, you explicitly agree to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all “costs”, which you now have or may acquire, by reason of any bodily injury, personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of your participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize. By accepting a prize, a winner waives the right to: (i) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, or (ii) claim any liability (including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto). The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, transfer, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a portion of a prize) of comparable or greater value. Proof of entering is not proof of entry receipt. A prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable will disqualify the potential winner and an alternative potential winner will be selected in random drawings shortly thereafter.
  9. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. If any provision of the Sweepstakes shall be deemed to violate any federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance, it shall be amended to conform to such law and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. If Sponsor is required by applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance, or by action of an administrative agency to cease offering the Sweepstakes in any jurisdiction, Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) terminate the Sweepstakes in such jurisdiction in its entirety; and/or (ii) cancel and remove from participation in the Sweepstakes any and/or all entries from entrants residing in such jurisdiction, without penalty and without obligation to any Sweepstakes entrants. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Taxes: Any valuation of the prizes stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor. The value of the prizes will be taxable to winner as income. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes.
  10. Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Sweepstakes and as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes and winning a prize, you agree to the use by Sponsor and Cruises.com and their designees of your name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information (except address, phone number or email address), voice and city and state address for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation, review or approval rights, notification or permission. You further acknowledge that if you are chosen as a winner, your identifying information (except address, phone number and email address) may be disclosed to third parties including, without limitation, being placed on a winners' list.
  11. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for technical, pictorial, typographical or editorial errors or omissions in any marketing materials or these Official Rules.
  12. Entry information will be provided to the Sponsor/Administrator for administration of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor/Administrator may use information provided on entry to send entrants periodic notices of upcoming promotions, products and services, and entrant may opt out of these notifications at any time. Sponsor/Administrator’s privacy policy may be viewed at cruises.com/promotion/privacy.do.
  13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering, entrant agrees and acknowledges that any and all disputes, claims, action and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded, and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of group or class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Middlesex County, Massachusetts without regard for conflicts of law doctrine. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any right of change of venue, forum non conveniens, or the like. Entrant also does hereby waive the right to a trial by jury in any and all disputes, claims, actions, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes and never shall include consequential, incidental, multiplied or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys' or experts’ costs. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation, or exclusion, of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
  14. For a Winners List, available on or about December 31, 2026, send a self-addressed, adequately stamped, #10, business envelope to World Travel Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Cruises.com, Attn: Legend of the Seas Sweepstakes, 1201 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 100, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. Requests must be received by January 31, 2027. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests allowed; only one (1) request per outer mailing envelope. You cannot enter the Sweepstakes using this address. Entries mailed to this address will be discarded.

General Rewards Program Terms
Effective Date: December 11, 2024.

ABOUT THE REWARDS PROGRAM. Program Overview: The Cruises.com Rewards Program is a free-to-join rewards program designed to reward participants for engaging with our brand and booking cruises. Members can earn points for various activities, including setting up their account, completing their profile, taking surveys, and booking cruises. Points can be redeemed for onboard credits, cashback, Visa® Prepaid Cards, and other exciting rewards. By enrolling in the Rewards Program, members will also gain exclusive access to private sales (when available) and other special offers.

These Terms and Conditions shall govern the Cruises.com Rewards program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not eligible to participate in the Program. Void where prohibited.

Cruises.com reserves the right to modify the Cruises.com Rewards programs along with the terms and conditions, at any time and without notice.
Membership:
  • Eligibility: The program is free to join and open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • Enrollment: Members must create an account and provide a valid email address.
Earning Points:
  1. Account Activities:
    • Completing your profile: 5,000 points (one-time bonus).
    • Bonus birthday points: 1,500 points (annual bonus).
    • Completing surveys: Variable points, as specified in survey invitations.
  2. Cruise Bookings:
    • Earn 10 points per $1 on eligible cruise lines; Carnival bookings earn 5 points per $1. Points calculated on cruise price, including taxes and fees. Excludes reduced fares (employee, vendor, casino, interline) and affinity groups. Offer valid for bookings made through 12/31/26 for departures by 12/31/28.
    • Excluded expenses: Airfare, pre/post hotel stays, transfers, and travel insurance.
    • Points earnings are based upon the promotions available at the time of booking and promotions offered cannot be modified once booked.
  3. Promo Codes:
    • Rewards members will be presented with opportunities to enter promotion codes into their Cruises.com Rewards user account, which will grant bonus points for the next cruise booking made by that user.
    • Member must enter the promo code before booking
    • A promo code can be used only once per member.
    • After entering promo code, member can book at any time prior to the promotion’s expiration date to receive the bonus points value associated with the promo code
    • Promo code bonus points are combinable with all other types of active promotions.
    • Only one promo code can be active for a member’s account at a given time. The most recent promo code entered in the user’s Cruises.com Rewards account is the one that will apply to your next booking.
    • If your cruise booking is cancelled or modified, you may no longer be eligible for the promo code bonus points.
  4. Point Activation:
    • Points earned for brand/account activities (completing your profile, surveys, etc.) will become active immediately after completing the activity.
    • Points earned from cruise bookings will become active 60 days prior to the cruise departure date.
Redeeming Points:
  • Members can redeem points for a variety of rewards, including:
    • Shore Excursion Credit: Redeem points towards a voucher with Shore Excursions Group.
    • Uber Voucher: Redeem points towards an Uber Voucher, which can be spent on Uber Rides or Uber Eats.
    • Onboard Credits: Use credits during your cruise for onboard purchases.
    • Cash Back: Receive your cash back reward directly to a bank account or debit card of your choice, or to your Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle account.
    • Visa® Prepaid Card: Redeem points for Visa® Prepaid Cards.
    • Merchandise: Select from a catalog of curated items.
Shore Excursion Credit Terms:
  • The Shore Excursion Group credit is delivered to you via email in the form of a coupon code that can be used on the Shore Excursion Group website.
  • The coupon code is non-refundable and single-use only. Any amount not used in your Shore Excursion Group order will not carry over to a subsequent purchase.
  • The Shore Excursion Credit expires 1 calendar year after date of redemption.
  • Only one Shore Excursion credit coupon code can be used per purchase on the Shore Excursion Groups website.
  • The Shore Excursion credit cannot be used on an excursion scheduled for a cruise within four days of departure. Otherwise, a late fee will be charged on your purchase.
Uber Voucher Terms:
  • Uber Voucher reward is for use within customer’s Uber account.
  • Once redeemed using your rewards points, Uber Voucher reward is non-refundable.
  • Uber Voucher expires 6 months after date of redemption.
Onboard Credit Terms:
  • To redeem points for onboard credit, you must redeem at least 21 days prior to the date of your cruise.
  • Onboard credit will be available in your onboard account on the first day of your cruise.
  • Onboard credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable, and will expire if not used on or before the final night of the cruise.
  • Onboard credit may not be used in the casino and may not be applied to cruise fare or taxes, fees and port expenses.
Cashback Terms:
  • Choose from a selection of trusted and safe electronic payment options, backed by the security of J.P. Morgan. Your cash back should process within 24 hours of redemption, which may vary based on your chosen payment method.
Visa Prepaid Card Terms:
  • Cruises.com Visa Prepaid Card will be emailed to the address on your Cruises.com Rewards account within 1-2 weeks of redemption.
  • If the value of your Cruises.com Visa Prepaid Card is over $1,000, a physical card will be mailed to the lead passenger’s address on file.
  • Cruises.com Visa Prepaid Card expires at month-end 12 months after issuance (not the date of activation).
Point Expiration:
  • Points will expire 24 months from the date they become active and available for redemption.
Point Allocation for Cruise Bookings:
  • Points earned from cruise bookings will be credited to the lead passenger’s rewards account, as identified by the email address provided on the reservation.
  • Member may forfeit points earned from a cruise booking if the cruise booking is cancelled.
Combinability with Other Offers and Cruise Line Loyalty Program Benefits:
  • Points earned through the Cruise Rewards Program can be combined with:
    • Special Offers and Promotions: The program allows members to earn points alongside applicable discounts, sales, or other booking incentives.
    • Cruise Line Loyalty Program Benefits: Members can enjoy rewards from the Cruise Rewards Program in addition to their cruise line loyalty program perks, such as priority boarding, stateroom upgrades, or other exclusive benefits offered by the cruise line.
Additional Terms:
  • The Cruises.com Rewards Program reserves the right to adjust or modify point earning and redemption rules at any time.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except as specified under cashback rewards.
  • Abuse of the program, including fraudulent activity, may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points.

Cruise Pricing Terms & Conditions
Sample prices are in U.S. Dollars and are per person, double occupancy, and do not include airfare unless otherwise noted. Price does not include a non-refundable $25 processing fee per booking. Cruise lines reserve the right to add a fuel supplement at any time prior to departure; possible fuel supplements are not included in sample prices advertised online and, if instated, payment would be due to the cruise line before departure.

Passengers receiving special rates based on residency or age will be required to show a government-issued form of identification (passport, or birth certificate and driver's license) at the pier to validate state of residency or age prior to boarding the cruise ship.

Your exact price depends upon selected day of departure, departure city, ship, and stateroom level.

All offers and upgrades are only for new individual bookings for selected dates, sailings, and stateroom categories only, are subject to availability, and are limited. Savings shown are based on cruise lines published brochure rates. Additional restrictions may apply. All prices, offers, and dates may not be available at time of booking. International credit cards may only be used to make a reservation by telephone and if funds are converted into U.S. dollars for payment; other restrictions may apply. To qualify for Cruises.com’s Price Match Guarantee, the less expensive cruise must be:
  1. An exact match (same ship, sailing dates, cabin category, etc.) to the original cruise that was booked within the last 48 hours;
  2. Priced in USD;
  3. The same rate that you previously booked and one that you’d be eligible to receive (residency rates, age-related discounts, etc.);
  4. Verifiable and available for booking when you contact us.

* Cruises.com’s Price Match Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise (including port charges).
