To claim rewards, you must create a Cruises.com Rewards account. Once enrolled, you can earn points on cruise bookings. The points you earn for booking will become active 2 months prior to your departure, allowing you to redeem and enhance your cruise experience before setting sail. If your cruise departs within the next 2 months, your points will be active immediately and you'll be able to begin redeeming them right away.
