A great experience by
Patricia M. from Indiana
Sailing date: Nov 2009 Pros:
The friendly atmosphere from everyone who worked on the ship
Cons:
The dining room was a bit chilly
My husband and I have cruised several times before this trip. We were so pleased with our room, the bathroom was sparking clean every day. The bed was larger than a queen and a bit smaller than a king and was very comfy. At our dinner table all of us talked about the great little down comforter that was on the beds, it was just the nicest little snuggly thing, sounds silly but it was very elegant!
WE loved this cruise on the Imagination and would recomend it to our frinds.
Ship Quality Absolutely A-1 for cleanliness, I sometimes don't please very easily.
Dining/Food The food was great and the service was second to none!
Stateroom Quality The room has spacious closets, and was easy to get around in. We were on the Riveria deck and had a wonderful outside room and loved watching the ocean.
Ship Staff Quality All the staff spoke to you whether you passed them in the halls or anywhere on the ship.
Entertainment & Activities The entertainers were very talented and put on superb shows.
The casino was exciting, would have been more exciting if I had been a winner!

The Cruise was nice. by
Yvonne B from Atlanta
Sailing date: Oct 2009 Pros:
Customer Service was Excellent
Cons:
Limited Food Selection
We travelled on Carnival-Imagination 3 nights and 4 days. I was truly ready to go. It was a nice cruise but the food selection was limited. What happend to the seafood? It was burger, chili dogs and pizza 24hrs but even children get tired of that stuff. They had a midnight buffet party but the party was Mexican style. Don't get me wrong, I like Mexican like the next person but really....what happend to the seafood, ice sculptures etc.? You are assigned to dinning accourding to how late or early you want to eat. We had the 6pm dinning, when I got there and saw the menu, I just wanted to get up and leave. I was too embarrased to leave because the waiter was working so hard to make my experience a formal dinning experience. As I mention, the customer service was excellent. The cruise was okay, I just wish they had better food!
Ship Quality
Dining/Food What happend to the seafood?!!! What a horrible selection for food in the dinning room and the grill/bars. I was so disapointed.

Cruise with a lot of glitches by
Regina D from Mansfield, OH
Sailing date: Sep 2009 Pros:
Weather, ports of call
Cons:
Unable to leave port for 6 or more hours because of lightning strike
There were problems immediately with getting out of port the first day..lightning struck navigational system so at least 6 hours of our cruise were spent in port. I think the cruise line should have either given everyone a couple complimentary drinks or we should have been given an onboard credit to compensate for losing hours of our vacation..I know it was not THEIR fault, but it wasn't MY fault either and we paid a lot of money to take this cruise.
Ship Quality It is an older ship and not up to the standards of other cruise ships we have been on.
Dining/Food The food was good. The waiter was not nearly as outgoing as some we have had in the past. He seemed too busy to have the chance to chat and make friends as we have had on previous cruises.
Stateroom Quality The room was kept very neat and the beds were quite comforable.

Don't Miss: The small town of San Miguel. There is alot souveniers shops
Key West, Florida I've been to Key West several times since I live in Miami but there is a lot of activities to do. Not enough time though to enjoy everything. The Fisher Treasure Museum is a must as the Sloppy Joe is also a must

Great Trip! by
A Traveler from Washington, DC
Sailing date: Dec 2008 Pros:
The variety of activities - there was always something to do.
Cons:
Adult hot tub and serenity deck closed too early. Adults want to be up late with no children around.
The ship was large and featured lots of different areas to have activities. There was plenty going on at all different times of the day and night. I enjoyed it and would recommend it to others.

Dining/Food
Stateroom Quality We really appreciated our housekeeping staff who constantly kept our room cleaned with wonderful towel creations. A wonderful comfort.

"First Time Cruise, A Charm" by
Cindy B. from Bushkill, PA
Sailing date: Jul 2009 Pros:
Activities, Friendliness of staff, efficiency of staff, food, cost and so much more
Cons:
More access to water featureslike showers or bigger pool while on deck in the heat of summer
Since this was our first cruise, we have nothing to compare it to, so we were not disappointed. I look forward to cruising again so we can compare. The trip was thoroughly enjoyable
Ship Quality Only because I have read comments from other cruise lines would I suggest that this was not the best, but good
Dining/Food I do not like the set times for eating and the set dress code for the sit down dinner one of the nights onboard. We also had long lines on some of the buffets
Stateroom Quality Very comfortable beds, a little cramped but that was expected
Ship Staff Quality Every staff member we came in contact with was wonderful
Entertainment & Activities Only did a few of the activities, we relaxed more
Children's Programs Our 10 year old daughter got a little bored with some activities, but that is how some kids are

Nassau, Bahamas Paradise Island was nice, the public beach a little crowded. We were disappointed when we went into Nassau in the evening, by 8pm everything had closed up for the night. I thought a little odd for a port of call
Don't Miss: Just being in the beautiful crystal clear water

Nassau, Bahamas A must to see is the Atlantis Resort You can take a cab there and do the tour on your own, which we did as it was expensive on the ship to book.
