Great cruise by
Virginia L from Edmond, OK
Sailing date: Jul 2010 Pros:
All of the things to do on the ship
Cons:
the swimming pool
The cruise was wonderful. The stateroom was large enough for the 3 of us. The food was wonderful and everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish the pool would have been larger.

AWESOME!!! by
Billy H from Pearl, MS
Sailing date: May 2010 Pros:
friendly crews
Cons:
television outdated and TTY unnecessary. need modern technology.
Needs improvement on deaf accomodations. TTY was obsolete and whenever I tried to call desk service, they failed to answer the tty. Needs to update technology like pagers only for cruises. Overall, everything else was so expectional and awesome.
Ship Quality
Dining/Food Needs to improve on taste of tea and coffee. They were so strong and I had to fill half of tea or coffee and half of water to lessen the strength of taste.
Stateroom Quality needs update of televisions.

A fun and exciting cruise by
Nick M from Corona, CA
Sailing date: Mar 2010 Pros:
The dinners where awsome
Cons:
Was pressured to buy a painting that I didnt want would leave me alone
This was our first cruise and let me tell you we will go again!! The boat was huge and had all kinds of activites to do. There was so much that we didnt have time to relax by the pool, because we wanted to do everyhing. The rooms are a little small since we got the cheapest, but I highly recommend getting the room with the ocean view for an extra 30 bucks a person, well worth it. Overall this was an awsome experience that is a must try if you havent already. Since this was our first cruise we only took the 3-day to Mexico, and now we want to try a 7-day to Alaska. Have fun!!!
Ship Quality Rooms were a little small, however the ship was huge and filled with activities to do
Dining/Food Food was awsome its all inclusive, lobster steak, sushi, pizza, you name it they had it!!!
Stateroom Quality Small wish I gotten the ocean view. They had free room service for breakfast which was awsome, because we would be out all night drinking, and to lazy to get out of bed to go to breakfast.
Ship Staff Quality Staff is super friendly and consist of people from all over the world.
Entertainment & Activities So much you will not be able to experiece it all
Children's Programs We dont have children but we went on a tour and there are all kinds of things for children including a childers night club.

Our First Cruise by
Ben H from Sacramento, CA
Sailing date: Nov 2009 Pros:
Customer Service!
Cons:
Lack of personality of Casino dealers
As our first cruise, my wife and I were concerned after reading some of these reviews. A lot of people seemed to not like their cruise, but after looking back, we are not one of them! We had the time of our life!
Having our rooms clean as a whistle everyday and even having our beds turned down at night was the cherry on the sunday. It couldnt have been better! My wife and I will enjoy our second cruise about 6 months from now!
Ship Quality Size and layone of the ship was great. The decor was very nice, regardless of how old it might be (not saying it was). Everything was very clean and easy to find.
Dining/Food There was more different kinds of food than I could eat! Personally did not care for the pink peppercorn sause on the steak. Just SEEING my apparent dislike, my waiter came right to me and gave me a chance to order again without suggesting my dislike on the first dish. I couldnt believe how nice and friendly he was. The Pizza was crispy and really good, I worked in a pizza place for 2 years myself. The sushi was good, but just good, not great. Same fish is served on the 3rd day as the first, and my wife says fish becomes more 'fishy' through the time of the cruise.
Stateroom Quality I couldn't believe how perfect it was! So clean, everything was perfect. Ice was replaced twice a day just for us! Best overall location is without a doubt in the middle of the boat, it couldnt have been better.
Ship Staff Quality Very friendly, and made sure to let us know, this cruise was all about us having a great time. Bartenders were amazing, and our steward beat them all! No telling how much work he had to do, but he still remembered our names and made sure to let us know he was there. He kept our room perfectly clean and even made our bed twice a day!
Entertainment & Activities Shows were great, talent level was just average, but they did great with what they had. The comedy show was great, mixology was great, battle of the sexes, etc. Just an overall great schedule of events.

A Good Value Cruise by
Stan N. from St. Paul, MN
Sailing date: Aug 2009 Pros:
Activities for All Ages
Cons:
Mediocre Food
I was initially very overwhelmed by the size of the ship. I was surprised at the small pool area given the number of kids on the ship.

First Cruise by
Kim and Jim from San Diego, CA
Sailing date: Sep 2009 Pros:
Spa, food, shore excursion
Cons:
Lots of loud late 20 somethings
The ship was clean, always saw someone cleaning. Crew and staff were very polite, always recognizing people that they had seen before, and mentioning names if they had met you. Food in the dining room was very good, wide selection, great desserts.
Ship Quality
Dining/Food Enjoyed the dining room exeperieince. Our waiter Eddie and his helper Romeo were both freindly and helpful. After I ordered iced tea at the first meal, they had it for me every time. We bought the wine package, three bottles for a discount, and the wine was good, but probably too much for the two of us. We shared with another couple on the last night.
Stateroom Quality Bigger than we thought it would be. bed was comfortable, room was clean. I asked for a hair dryer and it was brought within 5 minutes.
Ship Staff Quality
Entertainment & Activities Lloyd at the piano bar, Dukes, was great fun, and had the whole room singing along. The show was a bit cheesy, but the main singers were very good.

Stateroom Quality We had four people in our room and everyone was comvertable. Location was great.
Ship Staff Quality staff was great. Loved the service.
